Writing Recovery is a six-week guided series for anyone healing from addiction, illness, trauma, heartbreak, burnout, or the long slow process of remembering who they really are. Through gentle writing practices, trauma-informed prompts, embodiment, energy work, and compassionate group connection, participants will explore recovery as a creative, spiritual, and personal awakening.

Each week we’ll write from a different facet of recovery—truth-telling, shadow work, identity, resilience, forgiveness, reclamation, and the possibility of a life rewritten from the inside out. This circle is open to those in 12-step programs, personal healing journeys, or anyone seeking to transform their lived experience into strength, clarity, and meaning.
